About the site and it's content
Birthday-Cards.com offers free birthday cards which can be sent to anyone with an email address. The birthday cards on Birthday-Cards.com are called ecards (or e-cards, greetings, egreetings, e-greetings, webcards).
Ecards are similar to postcards or greeting cards, with one of the biggest difference being the delivery method. Traditional postcards are being sent with postal mail, while ecards are being sent over the internet to one or more email addresses. Ecards are digital content and usually animated, while postcards are printed on paper.
Since this site is called Birthday-Cards.com, we use the term "cards" instead of "ecards".
